FULL TIME MEDIA MANAGER POSITION
The Wells County Chamber of Commerce is seeking a creative, organized, and motivated Media Manager to shape the Chamber’s image, manage marketing efforts, and support community engagement. This role involves managing digital content, social media, website updates, newsletters, and multimedia creation (video and photography) for Chamber initiatives and member promotion.
Project/Program Management:
- Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, monthly newsletter, social media and display advertising.
- Maintain social media presence across all digital channels.
- Develop content for dissemination via press releases, social media, websites, and other distribution channels.
- Market the branding of the Chamber and it’s members.
- Scan the media marketplace to keep up-to-date on the latest media trends.
- Monitor online and offline campaigns, and report on results.
- Build and manage the organization's social media profile and presence.
- Promote additional projects to support new product launches.
- Media creation (video and photography) for events, monthly newsletters, and promotion of members.
- Assistance with all Chamber Fundraising activities.

·        Provide support to Executive Director and office staff

Media Manager Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred in communications/media or related (essential).
Entry-level or 2 years of work experience as a media manager or similar.
Prefer experience in Canva, Adobe Products and iMovie.
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Publisher, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Demonstrable experience with building effective media campaigns.
Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
Demonstrable experience in video creation.
Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
Ability to create appropriate content for dissemination via press releases, social media, websites, and other distribution channels.
Analytical thinker with strong conceptual and research skills.
Natural leader who displays strong decision-making and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
