Bluffton, Ind.—Almco Steel announces an expansion project to accommodate the company’s growth and increasing customer demand. The additional facility will add space for a new press, multiple welders and assembly equipment, further enhancing Almco’s production capabilities. Briner Building, which has partnered with Almco on previous renovation projects, has been selected to lead the design and construction of the new building.
Almco President Greg Rekeweg delivered remarks at the groundbreaking ceremony, highlighting the company’s vision for the future and its investment in the local economy and community. “We’re excited for this much-needed facility expansion. Almco has outgrown its current space, and investing in a second facility means we can continue to meet customer demand.” The project is expected to create 25 new jobs over the next three years.
“We’re grateful to work with Almco Steel on a second project,” said Briner Building President and Partner Bryan Harshbarger. “Our commitment to quality build is reflected in our continued partnership.”
